The A –Z of Gratitude
A – Always be Grateful. Gratitude is like a toothbrush, a nice thing to have, but even better when you use it twice a day! (or more, in Gratitude’s case!)
B- Be the Change. By living in Gratitude, you are helping ground the positive vibration of Love and Blessings into our world.
C- Choose the way you see things. Gratitude is the difference between cursing the thorns and rejoicing in the Roses Bloom.
D- Deny Access. When you are grateful daily; you are raising your vibration. Remember to deny access to all out there who try and bring you down. (blog post coming soon on how to do this!)
E- Everyone can be Grateful. It does not matter if you are big or small, from here or there.
F- Free yourself from any guilt. You are worthy of a life of Love, Joy and Abundance. Do not ever let anyone tell you otherwise. It is your birthright.
G- Gratitude Glow. Gratitude is great for your health. It keeps you glowing inside and out!
H- How you are Grateful is up to you. But always do it with a joyful heart!
I- Inner Gratitude is just as important. We often are Grateful for our outer circumstance, but remember to be Grateful for your inner world. All your ideas, thoughts, organs, good bacteria etc…
J- Joy is the best friend of Gratitude. They spark and ignite and fuel each other.
K- Knowing what you are wanting in life. Gratitude helps you to see what is important in your life, and to see what you may be missing day to day.
L- Love. Let love be the guide in life, navigating with the winds of Gratitude in her sails.
M- Miracles are often uncovered around us when the energy of Gratitude is present. Gratitude helps us to see what is lying in our blind spots.
N- Never judge what you are Grateful for. What might seem like a silly thing to be grateful for for others, could be the most important blessing for another.
O- Open your heart and allow the energy of Gratitude to flow in. The more you are in the vibration of gratitude, the easier it will be to attract/find things to be grateful for.
P- Peace comes the more you practice. The more you practice Gratitude, the more you come to peace with the world around you.
Q- Quality and Quantity. Some days your Gratitude list runs deep and long, while other days it short and sweet. No worries – you still found something to be Grateful for.
R- Rejoice in yourself and the world around you. Everything around us is a beautiful miracle, let us rejoice and be glad in it!
S- Superpowers of Being Grateful. See Gratitude like an amazing superpower, something we are all born with, but sometimes we forget we have! So tap into your source of Gratitude and let the power flow!
T- Thanking the Universe. When you are Grateful, you are letting the Universe know what you are thankful for and you raise yourself into the high vibrational energies to bring in more of what you are grateful for.
U- Uplift your Soul. When things seem dark and hard; evening finding one thing to be Grateful for can help turn the Light back on.
V- Vulnerability is OK. When you are being Grateful, you are opening yourself up. Let this happen and know that you are safe in the Universes arms.
W- When in doubt, Use Love. Sometimes the best approach to something is to just send Love.
X- XXL. When writing down what you are Grateful for, it does not matter if you use the biggest size font there is, or the smallest. It is the size of your Heart that truly matters!
Y- You are so Beautiful. Out of all the things you are Grateful for, PLEASE remember to be Grateful for the beauty that is you!
Z- Zig Zagging in Gratitude. Being Grateful is not always easy, because life is not always easy. Some days will be easier to find things to be Grateful for than others. And that is fine. Do not get down on yourself about it. Take care of yourself and know that tomorrow is a fresh new day.
