Snuggling– Whether it is on the couch watching your favourite movie, or tucked up in bed playing big spoon little spoon, there is just something so lovely about a good snuggle. I am thankful.
A Long Hug – Did you know that hugging increases levels of the “love hormone” Oxycontin, when you hug someone for 20 seconds (or more!). So a long hug literally can help you feel less stressed! So hug away my friends… I am thankful.
The Internet – It is hard to imagine life without this little bad boy now. It is amazing all the cool things that are just a click away, google earth, cafe reviews, online shopping, movies… Plus being about to video people from all around the world. SO AWESOME. I am thankful.
Babies – These little angels are such a gift, bringing new Light into the world with each birth. And nothing beats the smell of a newborn baby! I am thankful.
Electricity – Without electricity, life would be so different. It helps us to connect, to cook, to clean, to move. I am thankful.
Meditation – Stop, Pause and Connect to the Universe and Yourself . I am thankful.
Artwork – Artwork is such a beauty to behold. Artwork is one of those magical things that can inspire us, whether it was created hundreds of years ago, or today. They say a picture tells a thousand words… I am thankful.
Stretching – That glorious feeling when you first wake up and stretch. To feel your muscles getting fresh blood and energy. I am thankful.
Fashion – A wonderful way to express yourself. Whether it is through clothes, decor or even the words you say, fashion has a way of working its way into our lives, whether we realise it or not. I am thankful.
Alone Time – Being social is a fabulous thing, and a big part of human nature. Yet sometimes it is nice to take a step back, have have some time to yourself. A time to recharge, tune into yourself and your needs. We all need some alone time once in a while. I am thankful.
